All products on shoppalandsmith.com are made to order and a lead time will be provided at point of purchase unless otherwise specified. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Pal and Smith will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. You also warrant that you, the credit card holder will be present to sign for merchandise delivered. If you are not present to sign when merchandise is delivered and you assign or allow another individual to sign for merchandise on your behalf, you waive the right to return merchandise.

All merchandise is inspected prior to packing and is packed to ensure safe delivery. Pal and Smith is not responsible for damage, whether concealed or visible, incurred in transit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and to file any claims with Pal and Smith within 10 days of receipt. All original packing materials and paperwork must be retained for carrier inspection. The purchaser in writing within 10 days after delivery must make any claims against Pal and Smith for defects, errors or shortages. Failure of the purchaser to do so will constitute acceptance of goods and a waiver for any defects, errors or shortage.
